AI Has Changed How We Code
Like most people, my journey with AI started simply — opening and asking questions in ChatGPT.
Curiosity turned into experimentation. Experimentation turned into building. Soon I was cloning apps i was using and paying for (like Canva). Then i was building from my own ideas creating fully ai powered websites, full ai automations and workflows.
And that’s when my perspective shifted with one experiment… I wanted to see if I could build a mobile app… I always wanted to but it was hard and I never did.
- I didn’t learn a new programming language.
- I didn’t watch a 10-hour course.
- I didn’t even know which tech stack to choose. Flutter or React Native?
- I just had an idea.
But I wasn’t the one writing the syntax/code anymore. So instead of overthinking, I tried something. I built the same mobile app… in both frameworks. Not because I knew which was better. But because I finally could.
There were errors — plenty of them. Moments where I had no idea what went wrong. But step by step, AI guided me through.
A few hours later, I had two working apps. I couldn’t believe it. So, I pushed further. I repeated the experiment with a new idea — again building in both frameworks. This time, it took less than an hour.
By the end of the day, I had built four mobile apps.
- Perfect? Not even close.
- Functional? Absolutely.
- Empowering? Definitely!
So the question is: If you can build an app but you didn’t write the code… are you a developer?
I’ll let you decide.
For decades, learning the “right” tools was the barrier. Now, the barrier is simply deciding to try.
Rapid prototyping has changed the game. You can test ideas before committing months of your life.
You can explore multiple directions instead of betting everything on one.
My 7-year-old built a simple game with AI. A bear moving around trying to save his friends. (Simple idea but traditionally hard to create with characters movements and game logic).
- Was it advanced? No.
- Was it proof that creation is now accessible to anyone? Absolutely.
What used to feel impossible is now just… a prompt away.
The Future Is Agentic
We call this new mindset the Agentic Entrepreneur.
It’s not about mastering every tool.
It’s about mastering adaptability.
Because here’s the truth: No one knows exactly where AI is going. It’s evolving fast. But it isn’t disappearing.
The entrepreneurs who win won’t be the ones who memorized the most syntax — they’ll be the ones who learned how to move, test, and adapt quickly.
